Terms and Conditions
These roles are contractual, initially for one year but extendable based on performance and project continuity. It’s important to note that these are not regular government jobs, meaning they are non-transferable, non-pensionable, and carry no regularization promise. Candidates with prior government service are ineligible to apply.
- No upper age relaxation is permissible.
- Degrees must be verified and equivalent certifications provided where applicable.
- Applications must be complete and submitted before the deadline of 21st May 2025.

Applicants can download the prescribed application form from the Agriculture Department’s official website. The filled form along with a CV, attested copies of academic documents, three passport-size photos, CNIC, experience certificates, and other relevant documents must be posted to:

A hard copy of the application is mandatory. Candidates must also submit a copy of Hafiz-e-Quran certificates (if applicable), equivalency certificates (if needed), and any documents required for ex-servicemen.
In addition, candidates can also apply online at jobs.punjab.gov.pk, but must still send the hard copy by post.
Final Selection Process
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews. Lists of eligible and successful applicants will be posted on the department’s notice board prior to the test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the process.
